Or maybe you know him as one of the voices from the animated movie Surfs Up.
Or just maybe you know him as the crazy black guy at the X Games.
Or maybe you simply know him as Hugh Masekela’s son.
Well now you’ll know him as Sal the movie man.
His company Ber-Kela Films is behind the Russell Crowe narrated documentary Bra Boys. Bra Boys is about gang members of Australia, known as the “Bra Boys.” Living in Maroubra, which is a suburb of Sydney, four brothers enjoy both surfing and getting into trouble. When one of them kills an extortionist, the other siblings get caught up in the trail that follows.
